1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Eventside website, the purchase of conference tickets and merchandise, and participation in our online and on-site events. By using the website you accept these terms in full.
2. Tickets & registration
Tickets are personal and may be transferred to a colleague free of charge until seven days before the event. Group discounts are applied automatically for ten or more tickets.
- Ticket prices include VAT where applicable.
- Your ticket grants access to all sessions included in the selected plan.
- Replays are available for the period stated in your plan.
3. Returns & refunds
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in its original packaging. Ticket refunds are available up to 14 days before the event; after that date you can transfer your ticket instead.
4. Code of conduct
Eventside is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. Participants violating these rules may be expelled from the event without a refund.
